She may be wheelchair-bound, but Sbahle Mpisane is far from unfit. In fact she’s probably more in shape than many able-bodied people! That’s because the Durban personal trainer, who was injured in a horror crash last year, has been hard at work in a bid to regain her physique.
The self-proclaimed fitness bunny has been sharing her road to recovery with fans, and we have to say that we are extremely impressed with her efforts!
Despite having a wire apparatus attached to her right leg, Sbahle is undergoing a gruelling training program with the help of her fitness instructor. On Monday, Sbahle shared an amazing video of herself doing some serious ab-crunches that made us break into a sweat just watching it!
“So we did abs for my warm up session today and we ended our session with… Yep! Abs… it was draining but I love challenges,” she captioned the inspiring post.

Over the weekend Sbahle showed us flames when she posted pics of herself in a bikini. She also revealed that she was going to go ‘swimming’ in her custom-made wheelchair.
Sbahle’s also been sticking to her healthy meals and inspiring us with quotes like “The pain you feel today, will be the strength you feel tomorrow” and “I’m perfect in my imperfections, happy in my pain, strong in my weaknesses”.
