Specification
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Reduce the number of abandoned calls and emails.
Maintain the agreed-on service levels for calls and emails.
Maintain the agreed on handling time for calls and emails.
Maintain all other contact centre levels within the agreed targets.
Support and provide superior service telephonically and per email, as both a receiver and caller.
Knowledge of the business in order to transfer calls correctly.
The ability to deal with irate customers professionally and calmly
Ensure effective telephone communication.
Transfer calls, take messages and handle callbacks in an effective manner.
Increase customer’s understanding of procedures.
Ensure clear communication between Departments as well as with customers in order to increase customer satisfaction.
Build positive relationships with customers over the phone.
Satisfy various customer situations.
Control a telephone call effectively.
Identify voice skills and how to enhance a good telephone presentation.
Correct completion of MDA CRM information of the customer and clear explanation of complaint/inquiry
Correct distribution of CRM case in order to have complaints/queries resolved in the shortest possible time.

Requirements:

Matric qualification required.
Min 2 years experience in a Contact Centre required.
MS Office Skills required – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good data entry and typing skills required.
Proficiency in the English language required.
Basic knowledge of MDA preferred.
Intermediate knowledge in Avaya preferred.
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices preferred.
Knowledge of call center telephony and technology preferred.
