purpose

To provide relief duties in an efficient and effective manner for all Team Leader and Administrator functions to ensure smooth running of functional areas.
experience and qualifications
NQF 4 Qualification Preferred (Ideal) Qualification
NQF level 5 related qualification
An appropriate recognized business degree at NQF level 6 is preferred
4 years experience in the front line or administration function is preferred

Ensure customers’ needs and expectations are understood
Process the customers’ requests in an efficient and customer focused manner
Deal with customer complaints, relating to sales and operational activities and ensure that it is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer

NQF5 and RE would be an advantage It is inherent to the role that the incumbent is honest in dealing with cash and financial transactions. As such, it is a pre-requisite for candidates to undergo consumer credit record checks to enable the Employer to ascertain whether the candidate’s credit record is acceptable.
