Bail judgment in construction mafia case to be heard on 20 September

The case against five men accused of being part of the construction mafia has been postponed to 20 September.

They face extortion charges after they were arrested for allegedly disrupting a bridge project in KwaXimba by demanding a security contract and employment.

However, the five deny the charges.
