For the most part, nepotism has had a negative ring to it, especially within the black community. Our white counterparts have been bending rigid structures to secure a slot for a fellow family member who might be in need of a job.
Therefore creating opportunities for our family members, especially when one in a position of power and influence, is imperative because it could indicate that the family’s business is run by its members.
Ferguson Films is a South African television production company that has blazed our local screens with enthralling content. Almost any actor or crew member would give anything just to be assimilated with such prestige in the Arts.
One such talent comes in a form of a family member of the Ferguson’s – their daughter, Lesedi Matsunyane. The BA Live Performance graduate recently, made her debut on the Ferguson Films flagship drama series, The Queen on Mzansi Magic.
Lesedi Matsunyane is not new to our television screens, as she has had acting stints before. However if she is not acting, the talented young actress can be found working as a cast co-ordinator.
Loyal fans of The Queen are seemingly impressed with her acting abilities as they are yearning to watch how her character grows within the show.
#TheQueenMzansi Like mother like daughter so beautiful Lesedi and a good actress
