ConCourt to hand down judgment on Unisa’s revised language policy

Unisa students will know on Wednesday whether Afrikaans will continue to be used at the institution.
The Constitutional Court will hand down judgment on Unisa’s revised language policy.
It aims to phase out courses taught in Afrikaans and enhance the status of indigenous languages.
Historian, Pitika Ntuli, says not embracing your culture and language means you are still colonially captured.
