Introduction:

The purpose of the ASEC, TLLP and TLLM Compliance Officer is to Lead process Improvements to accomplish identified operational and program specific goals to ensure that the organisation has the standards of operations implemented and sustained, governed by the OEM standards.

Description:

Champion and lead efforts to implement the use of ASEC, TLLP and TLLM at the facility
Be the deployment champion for problem solving methods using ASEC, TLLP and TLLM techniques, and lead efforts to formalize the use in the facility
Identify and facilitate process improvement projects
Drive change management
Fostering positive employee relations-Coach Employees
Create awareness of ASEC, TLLP and TLLM
Ability to develop and implement operational innovation.
Facilitate program evaluations and reviews that are in line with the expected deadlines
Drive results with the fortitude to ensure change
OEM ASEC submissions to be preplanned, actioned accordingly and submitted in line of target dates
Maintain consistency with the Regions (Branch, Satellite branches &Customer on-site workshops)
Monitor the Regional Evaluator & Evaluation progress
Conduct Regional Compliance Audits
Driving the SHEQ culture by protecting employee’s health and safety, ensuring compliance of all regulatory and safety rules.
Determine training needs and develop awareness programs to drive a cultural change
Ability to develop and implement operational innovation.

Requirements:

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education / training, experience and personality qualities required for this position:

Analyse the performance reports, Key Performance Indicators, and provide input on initiatives that can be implemented to maintain or improve the performance of the ASEC, TLLP and TLLM initiatives
Microsoft Office Suite experience (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint) is essential
Strong communication skills including the ability to explain complex issues is essential
Assist in coaching fellow employees to deliver and maintain operational discipline
Coordinate relevant Audit controls
Knowledge of internal control environment and regulatory requirements is essential
Exposure to continuous improvement activities is essential
Experience in MHE Industry preferred but not essential
Demonstrated commitment to SIE values
Possess high level skills in developing and writing reports
Possess high level verbal communication & presentation skills and the ability to relate effectively with individuals and groups at all levels
Demonstrated competence in analysis of complex issues, and the ability to interpret, organize and summarize information.
