Gauteng: Early Saturday morning Netcare 911 responded to a falls on Steenbok Straat in Roodeplaat.
On arrival medics found an adult male lying in pain next to the train tracks.
According to witnesses, the man was thrown over the bridge by angry community members.
The patient had sustained serious injuries and was treated on the scene by an advanced life support paramedic.
Once stabilized the patient was transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
