Collections on arrear portfolio within mandate, ensuring arrears are recovered and customer satisfied
experience and qualifications
Matric
NQF5 banking diploma (advantage)
English and one other language preferred
1 year collections experience (could be gained through learnership)
additional requirements
2-3 years end to end collections exposure, preferably in a Banking environment
Proven track record of good performance in a collections environment
Working knowledge of Baatnet / Emid, Hogan and Pyramid Systems
NQF5 Banking Diploma/Para-Legal Diploma Base Office: Menlyn Campus It is inherent to the role that the incumbent is honest in dealing with cash and financial transactions. As such, it is a pre-requisite for candidates to undergo consumer credit record checks to enable the Employer to ascertain whether the candidate’s credit record is acceptable.
