Job Purpose
The provision of telephone answering service for customers reporting electricity faults.
Key Responsibility Areas
Answering of telephone calls from customers reporting electricity faults within the Region.
Accurately recording and capturing faults and direct to appropriate LV control officer for action.
Provides assistance to other regional clerks providing the same service.
Responsible for carrying out filing and general clerical duties.
Essential Requirements
An appropriate level of secondary education.
3 Months relevant experience.
Preferred Requirements
Matric/Grade 12.
6 Months relevant experience.
