Hello…an exciting new opportunity has just become available for 2 Claims Assessors in our Hollard Life Broker space.
Summary of Role and Context:
The role contributes to the Organisational goals by assessing, validating and finalising Life claims within policy guidelines and performing all claim related functions in a manner that promotes the achievement of Company objectives and service excellence
Required Knowledge, Experience and Skills
3 years Life claims experience as an Assessor, specifically in handling death, dread diseases, disability, retrenchment, hospital, credit life and funeral claims
Able to work unsupervised and to take initiative
Problem solving/lateral thinking
Conflict handling skills
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent planning/organizational skills
Educational Requirements:
Matric/ Grade 12
Post matric studies/qualification an advantage
COP or similar an advantage
