At 06H46 Wednesday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the P200 between KwaGamalakhe and Shelly Beach.
Reports from the scene indicate that six vehicles were involved in a collision, completely obstructing the road.
Paramedics assessed the scene and found that a minor male and an adult male sustained minor injuries.
Both patients were treated on scene and transported by ambulance to the hospital for further treatment.
