January aka Janu-worry is a month that never seems to end for many South Africans, But whilst some are scraping together their last coins, die-hard Cassper Nyovest fans have coughed up a fortune to attend his boxing match
This, after the rapper announced on Friday that tickets had officially gone on sale for his 9 April match against Naakmusiq.
And they’re no pocket of small change either. Tickets ranged from R9 000 – R65 500 and include a weekend of entertainment and luxury accommodation at Sun City.
But whilst many tweeps complained about the pricey tix, others splashed out what is considered a deposit on a car to attend the event.
According to Web Tickets, the priciest tickets to the Cassper vs Naakmusiq boxing match has completely sold out
For R65 000, the tickets secure a 3 night stay for 6 people at the five-star Sun City. Accommodation is in the Heron Suite, which boasts a jacuzzi, a butler’s pantry and a private balcony. It also includes 6 weekend passes with access to the weigh in & launch party and 6 reserved VIP seats for the boxing exhibition.
Fans will also get to attend the match, fight night, wrap up and pool party and a full weekend pass to the Valley Of Waves.
The second and third most expensive tickets; R50 000 for a Flamingo Suite and R41 000 to a Garden Suite have also sold out.
At the time of writing, there are still limited tickets available to the Cassper vs Naakmusic boxing match.
They range from R14 000 – R41 000 and have various accommodation and ticket access options.
