Job Description:
Duties
Data capturing
Provide administrative assistance within the Accounts Department
Back up cashier
Scanning and filing of documents
Maintaining files and schedules up to date
Answering telephones and responding to e-mails
Managing spreadsheets (Excel)
At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions
NB: Any other management requests
Position available immediately.
