Reporting to Cash centre Supervisors and Branch manager
The above position is vacant at Fidelity Cash Solutions Durban
The overall purpose of this position is to conduct a proper, accurate and efficient count/ teller function with regards to client deposits received and processed on a daily basis.
Minimum Requirements:
Clear criminal record
Matric certificate with Mathematics and accounting.
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Previous Treasury experience will be an advantage
Key Performance Areas: (not totally inclusive):
Receiving verified change order from tellers.
Packing of floats for respective clients.
Complete documentation and packing slips for each withdrawal done.
Making sure change and floats are packed correctly and accurately.
Ensuring that all change requests and floats are dispatched timeously.
Prepare out list for each change and float packing that leaves the cash centre.
Cleaning of Cash Centre (No cleaners or any unauthorized personnel are allowed in the cash centre).
Receiving and verifying bulk change order received and sent to SBV.
Ensuring the manual float books are up to date where applicable.
Balancing of tellers
Daily balancing totals handed over to the supervisor and or manager to confirm you balance.
