Case against Gupta associates postponed

Joel Raphela and two Gupta associates face charges including fraud, forgery and money laundering.

This is in connection with the signing off of over R100 million meant to rehabilitate the Optimum coal mine in Mpumalanga.

The matter has been postponed to 13 July where it’s expected to be referred to the High Court.
