The Toyota A80 Supras from the 1990s are now worth serious money. A 12 000km car recently sold for more than $200 000 (around R2,9 million) on Bring-a-Trailer, and those with lower mileages will set you back even more.
So, you might think that A80 owners would be driving a little more carefully these days, rather than living out their Fast and the Furious fantasies at every opportunity.
But you’d be wrong because a video of an accident involving a Supra A80 has gone viral on social media.
In the video, the driver of the black Supra can be seen showing off, not realizing he was driving too fast.
As he was leaving, the driver found himself faced with a bank of car spotters hoping to catch some video gold and he gave it to them.
According to Carscoops, people should think twice before switching off the stability control on a powerful sports car like the Supra.
