Parts of Cape Town set for water supply interruptions due to maintenance on Wednesday and Thursday

Cape Town residents are warned about planned water interruptions that will affect the city starting Wednesday this week.
The City of Cape Town said that it would be conducting planned water supply maintenance in the metro, resulting in complete shutdowns in some areas.
On Wednesday, some of the areas set to be affected include Century City, parts of Milnerton and Gunners Circle in Epping Industria and then on Thursday, Vredekloof, Morgenster, Marlborough Park and Brackenfell.
Koeberg power station and areas in Melkbosstrand will also be affected on Thursday.
“This is essential to ensure that our water systems work to their best condition, but also to ensure that where there are leaks or the risk of leaks, we reduce and eliminate these risks.”
The city said that it was not possible to predict which exact areas or streets would experience disruptions.
