Over a thousand Cape Town families will soon start moving into their rented homes.
Some have already received their keys and will be spending their first Christmas and ushering in the new year in a comfortable and secure house.
It’s part of the Metro’s social housing mega-project in collaboration with the Western Cape and National Government, and other groups.
The Goodwood station project is located along the critical Voortrekker Road corridor, which links Cape Town’s main CBD with Bellville.
