Job responsibilities:
– Calling potential clients in order to set up an appointment for a Financial Advisor
– Offering information to clients regarding our services
The candidate should be:
– Well-spoken
– Able to think on the spot
– Confident on the phone
Necessary Qualifications and Experience:
– Telemarketing experience would be beneficial
The salary is mainly structured on commission but a basic salary of minimum wage is paid in additon to the commission earned. Although the average call centre agent earns a salary of R9000 per month, there is no limit on the amount you can earn. The more appointments you make, the more commission you earn.
NOTE: You will be required to work only 4 hours per day. Therefore, you will be in a position where you can work another job if you require it.
