Professional Call Centre Agent Required

We are seeking a professional call centre agent to work in a 24/7 call centre. Previous experience or qualifications in a call centre or control room environment will be advantageous however is not a necessity as training may be provided.

Applicants must have excellent call etiquette and communication skills, be able to effectively deal with emergency situations, be assertive and professional at all times. Always be willing to assist and go the extra mile for someone, have patience, kindness, understanding, strong problem-solving skills and a quick thinker.
