General Roles
Answering prospective Customers and arrange transport bookings
Retrieving new data and capturing
Organising Accommodation for those traveling long trips
Providing personalized customer service by responding to customers needs
Provide customers with brochures and Information
Build customer loyalty by follow up of customer calls
Evaluate problems of the Customers and provide logical lasting solutions.
