We are currently seeking Call Centre Agents to fill Call Centre positions within a massively evolving company in Gauteng. No experience required training provided.

Responsibilities:

Making warm and cold calls

Building great rapport with all customers.

Manage the expectation of the customers

Enter new customer information into system

Follow up customer calls where necessary

Requirements: One year experience required training provided

Excellent organisational & negotiating skills Reliable and flexible

Salary: R4,000.00 to R12,000.00 /month
