We Are Basically Looking for Call Centre Agents to Start working Immediately In Our Call Centre Industry, both inbound and Customer Service. ideal Candidate should have flexibility to work in shifts , Good Customer Service relations and with high English Command Verbal written. No Related Experience will Be Needed.
A training will be provided to Everybody without Call Centre Experience Or Certificate.

Basic from 3500 to R8600 Monthly plus Incentives

The Job will describe the following Activities

1 Training, updating of technical data support.
2 Ensuring that all communication volume received during the shift is dealt with in the required time frame manner
3 Ensuring that all requests are resolved before ending the communication. .
4 Customer Retention.
