Ensure that all call centre agents are coached and motivated as they take calls and e-mails from members. The Call Centre Supervisor will assist in hiring employees and assist in the training process, ensuring that every agent is well prepared for calls and e-mails. They will support agents after training by monitoring their progress and ensure they meet the business expectations. They will assist agents with questions and provide the agents with ongoing coaching opportunities, support and motivation
