Busiswa defends Lady Zamar against fashion police critics

Singer and poet Busiswa has put her foot down after watching her peer, Lady Zamar, endure endless criticism from fashion critics and cyber bullies online.
For someone whose music is enjoyed around the world, Lady Zamar certainly has her fair share of critics.
We saw this again on Sunday evening when the Monarch singer appeared as a guest judge on the most recent episode of SA Idols. The last time the singer appeared on the show, all of the talk was about her outfit as the fashion police came out in their numbers to drag her for her “poor” dress sense.
This time around, it was her “cold” personality that had people talking on social media. It all began when an Idols fan claimed that Lady Zamar rudely turned him down when he asked to take a picture with her the last time she was on the show.
I’m always willing to take photos with ppl but after taking tons of pictures those last few who come after might or will take offense when I have to leave or am being called away .. those moments are the worst but hey, there is always next time💛🧡 sorry about the last https://t.co/JDoh3yprjG

Although the singer tried to defend herself, the floodgates had opened and while some were fixated on this photo saga, other fans took exception to her performance as a judge on Sunday night’s episode. It seemed that the bullying was getting out of hand and just when we thought it was about to boil over, Busiswa intervened and stood up for her fellow singer. The My Power hitmaker gave a strong warning to anybody who was hating on Lady Zamar.

Lady Zamar appeared to ignore most of the shade from Sunday night but when she reemerged on Monday morning it was clear that the haters had struck a chord. She thanked her fans for their support while condemning the abusive nature of cyber bullies on social media.
