Putco says it will resume operations on Tuesday albeit at reduced capacity on account of Human Rights Day which is a public holiday.
The company temporarily suspended services due to several incidents of intimidation.
It says its vehicles were stoned and attacked in Soweto while a bus was hijacked in Soshanguve.
Some Putco staff could not access some areas due to protest action.
