Five people, including a child, have been killed in a bus crash between Melmoth and Empangeni in KwaZulu-Natal on Saturday.
Paramedics treated 33 patients at the scene.
The bus had 60 passengers onboard.

The cause of the accident remained unknown and was subject to investigation by law enforcement authorities, said McKenzie.
KZN Police are aware of the accident but police were still at the scene.
Police spokesperson Colonel Thembeka Mbhele said a case of culpable homicide was being investigated for the deaths of the five deceased.
