Role Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly experienced and knowledgeable General Builder, Foreman, Bricklayer Ground Worker to join our team. You will have a great deal of experience of building extensions, including all concrete work, such as foundations, underpinning, temporary works, steelwork, brickwork and blockwork cavity walls, concrete slab and screeds and pointing.

The role entails working with our multitalented team to build new houses and demolishing old houses. Work as part of a small groundworks team being fully involved in all stages of the construction.

Dig foundations using digger or hand tools. Pour concrete in foundations. Excavation of the footings. Prepare for a concrete slab. Install mesh. Install insulation. Steel fixing. Build new drainage. Build block up to DPC. Install block and beams. Screeding. Dig for utility services water, gas, power, BT Block paving and paving slabs. Form new footpaths.

Essential Requirements: +-5 years of bricklaying experience. Experience of working on a range of domestic residential sites. Ability to read technical documents, specifications and drawings. Ability to communicate on-site in a good manner with the homeowners. Good knowledge of English. Good physical condition and endurance. Must have own tools Small Plant Machinery.

Ability to work both as part of a small team or unsupervised. Clean Driving License. References Required. Reliable and Trustworthy at all times, with no Criminal Convictions
Own PPE personal protection equipment required. Minimum of three references and examples of work is required.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm overtime available on weekends and after hours.
