BREWING TECHNICAL OPERATOR Wanted Asap: APPLY HERE
Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape
The primary role of this operator is the operation of the brewing
and associated process areas, the execution of quality control checks
and analyses, including coaching of other team members and supporting
the Brewing Technician Artisan in carrying out asset care activities.
NOTE: Some regions may not have Brewing Technician Artisans. Their
activities will be carried out by the Brewing Technician Operator and /
or by the Instrument Technicians on shift. Some regions may also have
BOP Operators: Brewing to assist the Brewing Technician Operators.
Competence Requirements
National Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biological Sciences
General Certificate in Brewing or Diploma in Brewing would be advantageous
1 – 3 years’ experience in a brewing environment would be advantageous
Previous experience in a process controlled manufacturing environment, ideally in food FMCG products.
Ideally, a process understanding of the Brewing process from Raw materials transfers to BBT, including utilities.
PC literacy (Microsoft/SAP)
Physically fit and healthy
