Cosmetic Supplier to the Retail industry is looking for a passionate Sales & Brand Representative who is a hard-working, open-minded, long term vision candidate to join their dynamic team.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Proven sales & retail track record (Minimum of 2 years)
Understand the retail sector and the importance of driving sales to achieve targets
Self-discipline and Good time management
Fluent in English
Computer literate (MS Word / Excel)
Attention to detail
Strong Organizational Skills
Strong leadership Skills
Confident
Well Presented
Own Vehicle with valid drivers licence
Duties include and are not limited to:
Build solid relationships with team members and store staff
Managing and driving sales targets
Maximizing sales and regional profitability
Providing your team with a stimulating & supportive environment
Maintain customer service standards
Ability to plan and organize
The ability to work under pressure
Sense of Responsibility and decision-making
Commercial acumen
Excellent communication skills
Ensure Brand is managed effectively
