Bookkeeper/Accountant wanted immediately: APPLY HERE

The successful candidate will be responsible for client liaising, sorting and filing of financial records, monthly pastel processing, processing up to trial balance, monthly bank reconciliations, VAT reconciliations (assistance with income tax and provisional tax submissions), VAT201 submissions, monthly journal entries, preparation of year-end schedules to support the preparation of annual financial statements as well as other admin duties.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12
Diploma/Certificate in Accounting will be an advantage
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pastel)
Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
Must have experience in VAT, PAYE and Income tax

Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must have strong methodical and analytical skills
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be able to work well under pressure
