Public Figure

Bonang began the year on a high note when she announced that she had produced and would be starring in her debut film, a documentary called Public Figure which went on to premiere at the Manchester Film Festival.

Distraction returns
Bonang’s lingerie line made its return in 2019 just in time for Valentine’s Day and by all accounts the catalogue was bigger and better this time around (and we’re sure the check in Bonang’s account was too!)

House of BNG
Bonang took a big step towards diversifying her business portfolio with the announcement of House of BNG; an umbrella company that would house her various brands starting with BNG MCC which is now sold in outlets across Mzansi.

In doing so, she made history by becoming the first black woman to join the Méthod Cap Classique association of South Africa.
