Mzansi actress turned rapper, Boity Thulo, is already in the festive mood – She took to social media to share a pic of her Dezemba mood, and it’s glorious – Fans commented that Boity definitely is on the right track, and only if they could feel it too.

The countdown has begun for 2019 to end and most of Mzansi are already in the Dezemba mood. But no one is more ready than Mzansi rapper, Boity Thulo. The rapper took to Instagram to share a snap from the Moet Chandon Golden Tree lighting ceremony in Cape Town, where she was pictured standing in front of a massive display of wine bottles and fireworks in the background.

Thulo dropped her very first single and it was a huge success. Wuz Dat was Boity’s introduction to the rap genre and since then she’s been gaining many fans and pleasing them with her music. Boity worked with fellow rapper, Nasty C, to create the track that rocketed her into fame and showed anyone who had doubts that she has what it takes. The track has received a platinum plaque for an amazing amount of 3.4 million streams.

In other news – Is SABC terminating its Contract with Muvhango?

Word of Mouth Production, owned by Duma Ndlovu, is in hot water as the cast and crew members of multi-lingual soap opera, Muvhango, have stopped working. According to reports by Sunday World, members of the production have not been paid their October and November salaries. The situation has gotten so bad that the cast and crew has threatened to leave the soapie and sue the production company.

“Last month when we enquired we were told that the SABC did not have money to pay them; that is why they couldn’t pay salaries. When we asked why the company didn’t apply for an overdraft to pay salaries, we were told that we would be paid double on Friday, November 29,” a source told the publication. Read more
