Apprenticeship/Trade certificate

5-10 years experience in the Mining Industry
Earth moving machine bucket repair experience (FEL,Excavator and Dump truck)
Machine structural experience
Plant related experience will be advantageous

Responsibilities

Assemble and mechanically join sheet, plate, tube, pipe and steel sections
Form and shape sheet metal using hand or power machines
Cut, drill and punch, assemble and mechanically join structural work
Perform general grinding operations
Repair equipment and components on site
Install and remove fabricated equipment
Update logbooks and complete job cards
Comply with requirements of the Plant Quality Management Sytem
Maintain SHEQ standards within the internal environment
