Responsibilities

Inbound & outbound call handling to drive sales and ensure quality customer service to our local and international client base
Customer complaint handling
Email, SMS and Web correspondence with customers

Who we are looking for

Qualified to degree level or equivalent with extensive work experience dealing with global customers
Fluent in Afrikaans and English both written and verbally – please do not apply if you are not totally fluent as this is a requirement for this position
You have worked extensively with international customers; experience with purely national customers will not be considered
You must have and be able to demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and accountability and take ownership of problem-solving proactively
You have a real ‘can-do’ attitude and are focused on achieving results
You are detail orientated and can think broadly
