Police Minister Bheki Cele and SAPS leadership are meeting with residents near Mariannhill to address community concerns regarding crime.
The imbizo follows a brief visit last week, which occurred shortly after nine suspects were fatally shot in a confrontation with police at Desai.
There has been a number of police shootouts with suspects resulting in several fatalities.
