Bheki Cele says Thabo Bester will be arrested on arrival
Thabo Bester will be arrested on arrival back in the country.
That’s according to Police Minister, Bheki Cele.
A high-level team is in Kilimanjaro to ensure the rapist and his girlfriend are brought back.
It’s being led by the police’s Deputy National Commissioner.
But Cele can’t say when the fugitives will return.
“Them coming back does not really depend on the team.
“It also depends on the legal processes of the other side,” Cele said.

Radio and television presenter Unathi Nkayi is demanding a whopping R1.6-million from Kaya FM for unfair dismissal and loss of income after she lost lucrative endorsements as a result of the station‘s unlawful termination of her contract.
