Being Robbed by Cartrack – “it’s like a CULT, once you join you will not be able to leave…”

Today we feature this client who is having issues with Cartrack and has been bothering us to post his story. And looking at our inbox, he is not the only one talking about Cartrack… Are they that bad? Remember, the below report is from a client and not the views of News365.co.za…

Hi there News365 team maybe you can assist me in asking why I keep seeing debit orders from Cartrack even if I cancelled the account. My account is KARO00062 and I am being tortured by these Cartrack Thugs.

It now seems like it’s a CULT, once you join you will not be able to leave, because I have been trying to leave for years now and they keep changing the debit orders and getting money from my account. 

The car that was on the account was sold years ago, the bike was in an accident and written off by Auto and General and the other bike was stolen and never recovered… So why should be paying money for services no longer needed? To make matters worse Cartrack keeps changing the debit order amounts and getting money from my bank, this is robbery and I wonder why BANK allows this to continue.

I can’t keep paying for services that are not needed anymore. I have been told that I was going to be blacklisted and told them to go ahead then after a few weeks, debit orders start coming in again despite being cancelled.

I am pretty sure I am not the only one being robbed by Cartrack and maybe if we start voicing our concerns someone will do something about it. Thank You for posting this robbery story… Something needs to change!
