Horrific scenes: Mom & son beat up their niece to death and buried her in the yard

The mother and her son have been bust for the murder of a 16-year-old girl. They allegedly beat the girl to death before burying her in the yard.
The aunt then reported the girl missing at Tsakane Police Station on 16 March.
But her 14-year-old son could not sleep as he was haunted by what they allegedly did and contacted the girl’s father in KZN to confess and inform him where they buried the body.
On Friday, 1 April, cops exhumed the body, which was found wrapped in a blanket and put in a black plastic bag.
Shocked residents from Tsakane, Ekurhuleni, said all they knew was that the girl was missing.
“It is sad that this woman did this. She has also ruined her son’s life,” said a resident.
Some residents were angry and said they didn’t want killers in their midst.
“How can she do this? She even went to the extent of reporting her as missing knowing full well where the body is,” said another resident.
“It shows you cannot bury a soul. They will always come back to haunt you.”
Police spokeswoman Colonel Dimakatso Sello said the suspects will appear in the Tsakane Magistrates Court this week.
She confirmed that the aunt reported the girl as missing.
