Bathabile Dlamini perjury case postponed

The perjury trial of former Social Development Minister, Bathabile Dlamini, has been postponed until 9 March.
She faces perjury charges for allegedly giving false evidence during an inquiry into her role in the 2017 social grants crisis.
Dlamini has pleaded not guilty.
She launched an application for discharge after prosecutors closed their case in November.
That application was dismissed.
Closing arguments wrapped up just a little earlier in the Johannesburg Magistrates Court.
The state insists the ex-minister lied under oath and says she should be prosecuted.
