Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga outlines school readiness plans for 2021

Basic Education Minister Angie Motshekga will outline her department’s plans for 2021.

The minister is expected to give an update of the state of readiness of schools in the context of COVID-19.

Schools are expected to open later than normal next year. According to the school calendar sent out in October, pupils are set to return on 27 January.
