We are recruiting for a Banking Platform support administrator.

The successful candidate will support the administrative needs of the operational risk team with a specific focus on the administration of the external banking platforms.

Duties:

* Responsibilty for the production and accuracy of user logs of external client banking platforms

* Document management – Version control/ Security ,etc.

* Responsibility for granting of access in line with the required turn around times

* Support the operational risk team on adhoc administrative tasks

* Project manage , work effectively and manage multiple stakeholders , priorities and deadlines

* Manage ,independently where possible ,the day to day issues that may arise ,ensuring that the group policy and professional guidelines are adhered to.

* Ensure a professional service isprovided at all times to all stakeholders

* Adhere to CPD requirements in accordance with qualification level and in-house procedures

* Adhere to procedures and escalate anomalies or procedual breaches

* Adhere to the companies values and expected behaviours

* All other duties as deemed necassary by management

Qualifications and experiences required :

* Tertiary qualification

* Ability to communicate effectively and efficently with stakeholders and external service providers at all levels via written media and verbal

* Excellent organisational skills

* Excellent Attention to detail

* Proven experience of administration for a minimum period of 5 years

* Finance industry experience preferential

* Experience in dealing with multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders

Technical Skills:

* Use of MS Windows , in particular Excel and Word

Management / Business Contribution :

* Be able to strictly adhere to policies and procedures

* Create, Develop and maintain desk top manuals

* Ability to capture ,analyse,qualify and interpret data

* High level of English both verbal and written, other languages will be advantageous

* Competent writer of management information and statistical reports
