Gauteng Health MEC Bandile Masuku’s report to be presented to the Provincial Executive Committee

The investigation into tender irregularities involving Bandile Masuku is ‘complete

It will be presented to the Provincial Executive Committee on Sunday for consideration.

The Gauteng Health MEC is currently on suspension over his alleged involvement in personal protective equipment (PPE) contract with suspended Presidential spokesperson, Khusela Diko and her husband, businessman, Thadisizwe Diko.

In August, he and the Dikos were questioned by SIU investigators over their roles in the Royal Bhaca contract, fraudulent procurement and conflict of interest.

Masuku said he was unaware of the contract until May when he demanded a list of all contracts.
