We are looking for experienced bakers to join our team, Good attitude is a must. This position involves working night shifts and long hours during the season.
Your responsibilities will include the following:
*Ensure all ingredients are scaled, measured and mixed according to the recipes*Ensure that all recipes are understood and executed as per recipe book/file*Ensure that oven temperatures are adjusted for early morning bake*Ensure that all health and safety standards are met whilst working in the bakery*Ensure that all equipment is cleaned and sanitized and ready for the next shift *General Cleaning
You will also need to:
*Read and follow all recipes as intended*Work in hot environments*Endure long periods of standing, walking and bending*Use appliances and heavy equipment*Problem solve issues that arise *Work independently and in a team*Have flexibility regarding time. i.e. work long hours, Sundays and public holidays.
