Accused in Thabo Bester case to appeal bail decision

Three of the accused in the Thabo Bester escape saga have appealed a decision by the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court, to deny them bail.
Accused number one Senohe Matsoara, accused number three Tebogo Lipholo, and accused number seven Tieho Makhotsa,’ made applications in court Friday.
The trio were denied bail in May and face various charges ranging from fraud, corruption, aiding and abetting a convict, arson, and defeating the ends of justice.
Judgment in their appeal applications has been reserved.
