Manning the switchboard
Administration (typing, photocopying, faxing, sort and distribute post) General office duties.
Stock keeping (office stationery)
Credit card recons/ Petrol account reconciliations
Arrange office and customer functions
Assist with trade shows
Assist Walk-in customers (Counter Sales)
Assist with price and availability of stock
Assist Sales Manager
Previous experience in an administration/sales Back office environment would be advantages.
A minimum qualification of a certificate in office administration or working towards a diploma in office administration or equivalent is a requirement.
Computer Literacy: a very efficient accurate typist with very high competency in MS Office Programs is essential.
Vibrant personality with a passion for working with people (sales environment).
Ability to work under pressure and Multitask
