The successful candidate will be responsible for administrating agricultural commodity trades in entirety to ensure successful execution from initiation through to completion:
Ensure buyer/seller data on new contracts are in accordance with the contract specifications including commodity, price and quantity
Detailed record keeping of current contracts on Excel, including the status of each contract
Daily monitoring of delivery information Daily reviewing of contract statuses to determine where action is required
Ensure that all contract conditions are adhered to in order for all aspects of transactions to run smoothly and effectively
Continuous monitoring of inventory levels at all silos/co-ops
Compliance to all company systems and internal controls
Young dynamic person which works easily in a team and gets along with a wide range of personalities and is able to communicate well verbally.
Essential:
MS Office experience and knowledge in particular MS Excel.
Basic understanding of Accounting principles in particular experience in performing basic reconciliations. Apply Now
