Babes Wodumo, has received some words of advice (unsolicited of course) from the people of Twitter and her fans. Babes dominated Twitter trends on Monday, following her appearance at uMlazi Magistrate’s court in Durban.
She and her sister were slapped with a R1,000 fine or 30 days in jail for failure to appear in court in connection to their assault case and were found guilty of contempt of court.
The singer’s estranged boyfriend Mandla ‘Mampintsha’ Maphumulo is currently out on R2,000 bail after being charged with assault.
The couple made headlines after live video footage set up by Babes showed Mampintsha hitting her. He has since apologised publicly.
