REQUIREMENTS:
Litigation experience
Foreclosure experience would be first prize (knowledge of Rule 46 of the Uniform Rules of Court)
Drafting of summons, pleadings (any and all court documents)
Admin orientated, attention to detail
Comfortable to appear in Court if need be
Work long hours if needed
Must be able to handle pressure well and must be a TEAM PLAYER
